"Mr. Burke was just contacted today by school officials and they now need the Green Machine to leave by 11:30 AM and the band will march at halftime! Please be at the school no later than 11:15 and bring everything you need to march at halftime! We will provide BBQ for lunch and the school will give each student $5 for fast food dinner. If you have not already done so, please respond to let us know you have received the message."

Boosters generally meet the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 in the band room. Annual membership dues are $7 per person or $10 for a couple. Anyone 18 or older can join. The Boosters provide much of the financial needs of the band through fundraisers and special events such as publishing the annual football program, soliciting halftime sponsorships, and selling items like cookie dough twice a year and poinsettias at Christmas time. The Boosters also enable the band to travel by providing chaperones, drivers for the band trailer, and assistance in loading and setting up equipment.
